Our executive chef has paired these exquisite wines with delicious tapas which will be available Thursday to Sunday in our brand new tasting room.
And there’s no shortage of delectable choices on the extensive selection of tapas plates. Slow-braised lamb, served with a delicious blue cheese, pecorino, rosemary and sun-dried tomato gremolada. Pickled fish, coconut and cilantro require the Sophie Te’blanche from Elgin Valley. The De Krans Chardonnay, served simply with goats feta, mint praline and basil grissini. The grand finale of Graham Beck Brut Rose plated with a white chocolate strawberry.
